Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities between multiple projects without managing them directly
  • Prioritize strategic initiatives, objectives and scope of projects.  
  • Process management from conception to completion.
  • Active listening for critical team collaboration and communication.
  • Problem solver, strategic thinking, critical thinker, task management
  • Project Planning: objectives, scope, communication plans, road mapping, milestone, metrics and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and re-works.
  • Responsiveness with a customer service mindset.
  • Have experience with executive level customers.
  • Must have a firm grasp on project management and task tracking.
  • Must be highly effective in organizing and executing work efficiently.  
  • Skills: Writing, Communicating, Collaboration, Office Tools (word, excel, power point, sharepoint, planner, Teams)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Systems, Business, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (18 total)

 

Clearance: 

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation 

 

Location:

  • Remote, USA
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST)

 

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $72,500
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
