Responsibilities

  • The Project Analyst supports the planning, execution and monitoring of infrastructure and IT initiatives within the Infrastructure Operations (IO) Chief Operations Office (COO) Future Operations team. This role involves analyzing project data, creating reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with organizational goals and timelines. The Project Analyst plays a critical role in providing actionable insights, managing documentation, and assisting with stakeholder communication to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support the development of project plans, schedules, and milestones for infrastructure and IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to track progress and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project updates.
  • Coordinate scheduling for deliverables, stakeholder meetings, and internal team collaborations.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, requirements, and status reports.
  • Track conversations, requirements, and concerns for stakeholder interactions, maintaining an accurate timeline and record of communications throughout project development and delivery.
  • Ensure all project materials adhere to Section 508 accessibility standards and organization policies.
  • Support compliance with government regulations and internal governance frameworks.
  • Evaluate current project management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and document workflows, templates, and best practices for project execution.
  • Assist in integrating agile methodologies and tools into project workflows.Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings, such as agendas, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Qualifications

Key Experience:

  • Experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data.
  • Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management Support: Familiarity with Agile project management framework and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process optimizations.
  • Data Analysis Tools: Experience with Excel (advanced) and Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Additional Power Apps experience a plus.
  • Documentation Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and tools such as Microsoft Accessibility Checker.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow project management tools.
  • Experience in analyzing IT infrastructure or technology-related projects.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or related disciplines is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (13 total)

 

Clearance: 

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation 

 

Location:

  • Remote, USA
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

 

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $45,730 to $53,500
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
