Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Control-M Administrator to join our team. The Control-M Administrator will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all aspects of the Control-M workload automation environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Control-M architecture, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain the Control-M environment across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
  • Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows, jobs, and scheduling issues.
  • Monitor and maintain Control-M Agents, Servers, and other infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with developers and business users to ensure Control-M jobs meet business requirements.
  • Develop, test, and implement Control-M job scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to the Control-M environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Control-M Administrator in a mid-to-large sized organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of Control-M architecture and functionality.
  • Experience with Control-M integration with other enterprise systems such as databases, applications, and cloud services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Control-M Certification ( BMC Certified Administrator or BMC Certified Professional)
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Shell.
  • Knowledge of other workload automation tools.

  • Relevant certifications, A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA are examples

Salary Inforamtion: 

  • The pay for this position ranges from $65,205 to $90,000
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
