  • Manage the full life-cycle of applications/systems projects for Enterprise Command Operations from requirements intake to full solution development and delivery.
  • Evaluate, determine and document specific requirements related to ECO monitoring projects and translates those requirements into a road-map with target dates for accomplishment.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and managerial oversight of multiple project managers and their assigned projects.  
  • Compile program data and provide reporting of project status, milestones, challenges, and accomplishments.
  • Determine and manage project schedules utilizing prescribed methodologies and tools, including Agile and CCPM.
  • Provide routine reporting of project milestones, risks, impediments, and escalation requirements.
  • Present to leadership, stakeholders and/or governance groups, the vision and strategy of the project, the road-map of planned deliveries, and capabilities to be delivered in each release.
  • Conduct cross-organizational coordination as required in support of project delivery.
  • Expedite and coordinate services to assist in managing complex enterprise projects.  
  • Manage assigned tasks to completion within the schedule, budget, and scope of the project.


  • Projects involving the monitoring and management of enterprise network, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Ability to operate in high-stress environments.
  • Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Practitioner.
  • Experience with Scrum,Waterfall  and  Kanban management.
  • Innate/documented ability to translate project activities into executive-level reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Experience managing complex IT projects.



  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems, business, or related scientific /technical discipline and 15 years’ experience
  • Ten(10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (25 years total)



  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation
