Overview

Great opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager or Scrum Master passionate about analytics and data looking for a career change. In this role, you will be responsible for helping Program Managers and Director define, capture and measure actionable KPIs and metrics. You consult with the team to recommend process improvements to help programs deliver the best outcome to their customers

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
  • Providing reports through Microsoft Power BI to improve business processes
  • Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and developing dashboards
  • Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
  • Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
  • Evangelize and promote a culture of data-driven decision process

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master with a passion for data-drive decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Expert level knowledge of Excel functions and charting capabilities.
  • The ability to work both as a team and independently
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Technological and computer knowledge
  • Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations
  • An strong understanding of agile scrum and project management principles
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau will be a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor degree Computer Science or equivalent years of education and experience
