Overview

TISTA Science and Technology is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join the team in Rockville, MD

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of cost proposals, including pricing models and cost volume narrative in accordance with RFP requirements
  • Work closely with internal clients to obtain appropriate data to complete pricing
  • Develop and present cost proposal financial data for review by management
  • Support contract and subcontractor negotiations
  • Support pricing and risk mitigation strategies
  • Promote and ensure compliance with of TISTA’s standard pricing processes
  • Assume hands-on role in maintaining pricing models and various other tools
  • Complete Ad Hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in pricing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and high proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of proposal processes including generation of cost volume documents/deliverables
  • Familiarity with different proposal (ROMs, GSA Schedule, IDIQ, etc.) and contract (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, etc.) types

Additional Knowledge & Skills 

  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, CAS, TCoPD
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, while managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet pricing goals within established timelines
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task between changing requirements and priorities
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent presentations skills with ability to present effectively to diverse audiences. 

 Location: Rockville, MD (Partially remote after COVID)
