  • Facilitate Scrum meetings and agendas – Able to manage to a time box and parking lot for off agenda topics 
  • Plans and packs all sprints 
  • Ensures sprint tracking tools are updated with current work and statuses. 
  • Support teams in execution of sprints resulting in successful story completion and increased velocity 
  • Manages epic priorities and upcoming epic work, and communicates to external parties on release status 
  • Coordinate inter-team dependencies resulting in successful epics 
  • Collaborate with other teams and Scrum Masters to coordinate work, manage dependencies and improve the environment for Agile development 
  • Facilitate or participate in the Scrum of Scrums 
  • Coach the teams and organization on the Scrum process 
  • Maintain sprint backlog and velocity metrics 
  • Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality 
  • Record and address impediments and retrospective action items in a timely manner 
  • Ensure that accurate and up-to-date metrics are maintained 
  • Coordinates team’s effort to ensure releases and products ship on time and with quality 
  • Defines the critical success factors and key performance indicators for the process, tracks defect rates per release for each application and version, and provides organization accountability for application environment reliability 
  • Works with Product Manager and development staff to plan application release ordering, defines/refines the process and ensure all efforts are aligned 
  • Serves as Development Manager as needed 


  • 5 years’ experience in a Scrum Master role 
  • Experience working in Agile and SDLC work environments 
  • Experience with defect tracking/requirements management tool 
  • Experience interpreting business requirements, technical system documentation, and technical procedures 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT and/or management related field (Master’s degree desired) 
  • Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification   



  • MBI Clearance which entails a detailed income tax and credit review 



  • Remote
