As the Tech Lead – RPA , you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to support, maintain, and the NIH mission. You will join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering high value to its customers. You will work in close cooperation with other developers, engineers, managers and product owners on project teams, as well as work independently on smaller efforts with limited direct supervision.

Responsibilities

 

  • Excellent knowledge as a Certified Blue prism developer, Certified force.com developer, administrator, sales cloud consultant & UiPath Certified Robotic process automation developer.
  • Skilled in customizing standard objects and develop custom objects, page-layouts, and record types to distinguish between various requirements.
  • Good Knowledge in implementing different relationships between objects and automate the business process using work-flows, approval process.
  • Will be required to analyzed and implemented the security in application using Profiles, Field level security and organization wide defaults, sharing rules, role hierarchy, manual sharing.
  • Must be able to create apex classes, triggers and designed custom visual force pages, custom controllers, extension controllers as well as test classes.
  • Good Knowledge in using Force.comIDE, Data loader to import and export data.
  • Good Knowledge on design, coding, unit testing and maintenance of enterprise applications, customer facing applications and integration solutions using Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, EJB, JMS, Hibernate, Spring, XML, HTML, Java script, Web Services, and SQL
  • Collaborate and work with federal managers and Customers for defining scope, project road-map and time-lines, project execution and ensure delivery is according to the plan
  • Provide Single Point Accountability for all contractual deliverables and communications
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis, review RCA and lessons learned with customer
  • Facilitate agile scrum ceremonies for planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Maintain a good working relationship with client and stakeholders and work effectively and efficiently for project deliverables and business vision
  • Create weekly and monthly status reports outlining a summary of assigned tasks, status updates, and resource needs.
  • Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
  • Able to define the road-map for any given product and translating this into user stories.
  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
  • Interact with the client to understand the business value streams and overall project needs.
  • Responsible for release schedule and aligning with master schedule(s).
  • Manage scope creep by implementing a thorough change control process, maintaining the product backlog, continuous grooming.
  • Coordinate, develop, and update project management artifacts in accordance with project needs and direction.
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage project elements, including but not limited to Backlogs, Schedules, Milestones, Budgets, Risks, Action Items, and Deliverables.

Qualifications

  •  8+ years' experience with automation processes and related software applications
  • Strong  experience as a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Strong  experience as a UiPath Certified Robotic process automation developer
  • Strong  experience as a Blue Prism Accredited Developer
  • Experience with software requirements development
  • Experience with software programming, macro development, and/or automation tools
  • Experience with Process Improvement/Optimization
  • Experience with the Waterfall and Agile software development processes
  • Ability to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors and end users in cross functional teams
  • Experience with working with third-party service providers a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • PMO or COE experience a plus
  • Consulting experience a plusUI Path Experience is a plus.

 

Education:

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of education and experience
