Overview

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal or customer stakeholders and teams to plan, design, implement, and administer SharePoint instances or tenants following agile processes
  • Maintain the internal SharePoint tenant environment in accordance with standards and best practices
  • Support projects and proposal efforts with SharePoint subject matter expertise
  • Lead small teams when needed
  • Research and implement new capabilities and integrations within the SharePoint-Office365 ecosystem
  • Implement comprehensive security and data protection
  • Proactively identify and lead implementation of opportunities to improve solution under development
  • Work out of our Rockville, MD office (some teleworking possible at discretion of supervisor)
  • Report status 

Qualifications

  • 10 years of professional experience planning, designing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint instances or tenants
  • 5 years of federal professional services experience preferred
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • 2 years of professional experience following agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High levels of initiative and dilligence
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance
