    TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a EVMS Risk Management Analyst to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities

    • Capability to perform EVM reporting and analysis in order to prepare reports for senior leaders to provide status updates or request programmatic decisions
    • Capability to perform integrated baseline reviews to gauge health and status of program contracts
    • Analyze and review vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and Summary Schedules
    • Compile and report Monthly Schedule Analysis of Critical/Driving Paths, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs), DCMA 14 Point Assessment, GAO best practices and guidelines, trend analysis, etc.
    • Support and/or lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Schedule Deep Dives (SDDs), possess ability to brief Government customer results
    • Provide critical path impact analysis and recommending conflict resolution actions as required to the Government Program Manager
    • Provide additional program, top level, reports of the Program IMS using Milestones Professional as may be required by the Program Manager
    • Manipulate and update schedules real time during meetings and respond to questions from customers regarding milestones and changes (as related to the MS Project software)
    • Working knowledge of scheduling software to include Microsoft Project, Real Time Projects, and Open Plan

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to work within a team to resolve issues and present solutions to senior leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently or to lead a team to resolve issues and present solutions to senior leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to review and assess the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Cost Performance Report (CPR) and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)
    • Document issues and provide alternatives
    • Understanding of database design and functionality
    • Assist in independent estimates at completion and the review of EMV guidance compliance
    • Assist in updating and implementing policy guidance and recommend updated
    • Development of internal integrated program management training packages
    • Analyze and interpret EVM Data provided by contractors to ensure compliance
    • Prepare briefings for various stakeholders
    • Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews
    • Assist programs and the DCMA in the conduct of EVMS joint surveillance
    • Provide daily supervision and direction to support teams
    • Established knowledge of Excel and MS Office product slate

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in an IT and/or management related field

    Clearance:

    • MBI Clearance which entails a detailed income tax and credit review
