    TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a EVMS Scheduler to join our growing team.

    Responsibilities

    • Capability to perform EVM reporting and analysis in order to prepare reports for senior leaders to provide status updates or request programmatic decisions
    • Establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives
    • Analyze and review vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and Summary Schedules
    • Compile and report Monthly Schedule Analysis of Critical/Driving Paths, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs), DCMA 14 Point Assessment, GAO best practices and guidelines, trend analysis, etc.
    • Support and/or lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Schedule Deep Dives (SDDs), possess ability to brief Government customer results
    • Provide critical path impact analysis and recommending conflict resolution actions as required to the Government Program Manager
    • Provide additional program, top level, reports of the Program IMS using Milestones Professional as may be required by the Program Manager
    • The Scheduler is expected to define the schedule of a project or task, be self-sufficient, and require minimal supervision
    • Manipulate and update schedules real time during meetings and respond to questions from customers regarding milestones and changes (as related to the MS Project software)
    • Working knowledge of scheduling software to include Microsoft Project, Real Time Projects, and Open Plan

    Qualifications

    • Must possess a journeyman level scheduling capability using MS Project Professional
    • Demonstrated ability to review and assess the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Cost Performance Report (CPR) and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)
    • Capable of working independently or providing mentoring to support team in problem solving
    • Capable of interacting with multiple Integrated Project Teams to validate and understand requirements to assign resources, establish durations, validate horizontal and vertical traceability, validate critical path, and conduct schedule risk analysis
    • Demonstrated MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint and relational database tools for data management (and reporting) are required
    • Must have a keen attention to detail and be competent in general configuration management practices

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years direct program scheduling experience preferred

    Clearance: 

    • MBI Clearance which entails a detailed income tax and credit review
