    TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a talented Customer Relationship Manager with 10+ years of experience to serve as a key, day to day liaison between multiple and diverse customer organizations. The qualified candidate will have experience with supporting business, functional, and technical activities in IT environments and experience managing the needs of multiple clients simultaneously. This role directly interfaces with the client and requires exceptional professionalism and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate will have experience with Agile SCRUM, risk/issue tracking, and business process re-engineering.


    • Apply sound business principles, providing metrics analysis and insight into operating performance; clearly stating actionable improvement recommendations
    • Manage multiple clients operating within different groups simultaneously
    • Document and provide suggestions for process improvements to current business processes/business process re-engineering;
    • Assess, interpret and document gaps between current and future desired business needs and functionality;
    • Tracking of action items from inception to completion;
    • Identifying, documenting and communication of risks and issues;
    • Demonstrate and apply agile SCRUM methodologies including advising customer on best practices;
    • Participating in identification, analysis and documentation of functional dependencies within projects and/or across programs;
    • Other assigned tasks as needed


    • 10+ years of experience in project management of federal contracts, including responsibility for supervisory oversight of teams, budgeting/planning/reporting
    • Strong data analysis skills required
    • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, adaptable; ability to work independently but willing to escalate issues as needed.
    • In-depth domain knowledge of VA claims processing and financial management systems (preferred)
    • Experience working with clients of all levels – independent contributors, team leads, managers, C-Suite executive
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology
    • Ability to adapt well to diverse environments
    • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels in an organization
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environment
    • Experience in having primary responsibility for tasks/projects
    • Experience supporting Federal clients
    • Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (preferred)
    • Honorably discharged US Military Veteran (preferred)


    • Bachelor’s Degree required


    • Ability to obtain a VA MBI
