The qualified candidate will have experience with supporting business, functional, and technical activities in IT environments and experience managing the needs of multiple clients simultaneously. This role directly interfaces with the client and requires exceptional professionalism and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate will have experience with Agile SCRUM, risk/issue tracking, and business process re-engineering.
