TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking to hire an experienced Portfolio Manager in Austin, TX.
Seeking a Portfolio Manager with 15+ years of experience to support a large-scale and complex multiple program\project financial services portfolio. The role provides project management, project planning, project documentation, administrative and meeting support, risk management, configuration management, and budget and cost analysis, release and deployment support, and assessment and authorization support to VA IT development/sustainment project(s). Successful candidate will have strong experience in program/project management and software development methodologies including at least 5 years of experience leading a portfolio using Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and SAFe. Candidate should feel comfortable engaging at all levels of management to support a variety of Portfolio / Program / Project tasks and reporting requirements. Position requires proven abilities in proactive portfolio monitoring including experience identifying and resolving risk and issues and monitoring contract compliance.
